Timely Payment and Late Fee Policy for Shiloh Falls Homeowners
Annual assessments for Shiloh Falls Homeowners Association are due on January 1st each year. If not received by January 30th, they are considered delinquent. If payment is not received by February 15th, a $25.00 late charge may be assessed to the property owner on a monthly basis. For accounts that are 60 days delinquent, the Association may file an assessment lien. All costs associated with preparation, recording, and satisfying liens are to be paid by the property owner. Property with a lien cannot be sold or have its title transferred until the lien is resolved. Please review our Collection Policy for more details.
Association Insurance
The Shiloh Falls Homeowners Association maintains insurance for its Common Property, including General Liability, Umbrella Liability, and Officers & Directors Liability. However, homeowners and property owners are responsible for their own personal liability and personal property insurance.
Common Areas
The Association is responsible for maintaining its common areas, streets, and pool. These common areas are spread throughout the community and include signage, stone walls, pillars, fences, plantings, and roadway islands, all of which contribute to the aesthetic appeal and value of Shiloh Falls homes.
