Shiloh Falls Homeowners Association, Inc. was incorporated as a Non-profit Mutual Benefit Corporation on June 23, 1993, in the state of Tennessee (Secretary of State Control Number 026279). The Association is dedicated to providing services and governance for the Shiloh Falls community, ensuring a well-maintained and thriving residential area.
About the Association
On January 2, 2001, homeowners officially took control of the Association from the developer. Membership in the Association is automatic with the purchase of a lot within the Shiloh Falls Subdivision. The Association oversees 454 residential lots spread across approximately 1000 acres of land located on Pickwick Lake in Hardin County, Tennessee.
As of January 2025, there were 167 homes and 287 lots without homes. The primary responsibilities of the Association include the maintenance of common areas, roads, the Association pool, and the review of all exterior home and yard improvements to maintain the aesthetic and structural integrity of the community.
