Shiloh Falls Homeowners Association (SFHA) was established to ensure the preservation and enhancement of our community. We are a dedicated non-profit organization working on behalf of all residents to maintain our neighborhood’s aesthetics, safety, and the overall quality of life.

We manage everything from protective covenants to community events. Our association is led by a volunteer board of directors, each committed to keeping Shiloh Falls a peaceful and attractive place to live.

About the Association

On January 2, 2001, the homeowners assumed control of the Shiloh Falls Homeowners Association, Inc. from the developer. Membership in the Association is automatic with the purchase of a lot within the Shiloh Falls Subdivision.

The Association consists of 454 residential lots spread across 1,000 acres of land located on Pickwick Lake in Hardin County, Tennessee. As of May 2026, 169 homes had been built, with 268 lots remaining undeveloped.

The Shiloh Falls Homeowners Association is responsible for maintaining and preserving common elements, roads, and the Association pool. Additionally, the Association oversees the review of all exterior home and yard improvements to ensure they meet community standards.
